• Y'all might be wondering, "So what the heck is this Mon Poll thing anyhow?"
  Well, it isn't much of a poll. It's more just a constantly evolving (devolving?), somewhat random list of questions I've been putting out to readers every Monday morning for the by three years, which I guess makes this somewhere around Vol. 164. I've always enjoyed reading your answers in the comments, and I hope you enjoy reading mine.

2. Hair accessories y'all couldn't alive without (or wouldn't want to)?

Goody Spin Pins for buns and Goody Ouchless Hair Elastics for ponytails. They keep my long hair out of my confront without breaking the bank (or too many strands).

3. Which lipstick makes you lot feel your best?

I'm guilty of having fleeting lipstick crushes, and so my answer to this one changes often, just I observe myself coming back to dusty rose NARS Dolce Vita time and time over again. I love its flexibility. The tube is always in that location for me when I need a jolt of glam.

4. Ruffles on clothing?

In extreme moderation, thank you very much. Ruffles are like red pepper flakes — a fiddling goes a long way. Go overboard with them and they're all you can gustation.

5. Which blush do you reach for almost often?

I've been super enamored with the Do good boxed blushes lately, especially Dallas, Sugarbomb and Bella Bamba.

6. Practise you relish going to museums?

I practise! And I love to bring my camera with me because museum lighting is usually phenomenal. I do sometimes suffer from museum overload, though, so whenever I become I like to accept breaks throughout the visit. I'll grab a snack at the over-priced museum buffet, where information technology'south so much fun to people scout, and try to get outside at to the lowest degree once for some fresh air.

7. Something you lot're looking forward to this summer?

Swimming at our condo circuitous's pool. It was under construction concluding summertime (they did a bunch of stuff to go far more eco-friendly), but it should be opening for the flavor soon. Yup, I'one thousand such a water baby at eye. Pond is i of my favorite things.

8. Are you a speedy texter?

Hell, naw! I can't text for crap. Every other give-and-take has a typo. I'yard a pretty quick keyboard typist, but I don't exercise the touchscreen keyboards on phones. I'1000 always back spacing and retyping. Maybe it's the long nails…

9. I wish ______.

I wish anybody in the world could accept a good calendar week, and if that'south as well much to enquire, then at least a skilful solar day.

10. Weekly goals:

Find a fashion inspiration (if you take any sites to recommend, I'd Dearest to hear near them; I'd describe my style as '40s vintage with a little hip-hop/urban edge), run at to the lowest degree 4 times before Saturday, read for an hour every mean solar day, brush Tabs no affair how much he resists, discover some new music to heed to (again, if you lot have any recs…) and to Take FUN!
